Changing your Email Address

 CHANGE OF E MAIL ADDRESSES

A large number of members will have seen their nhs.net e mail addresses now changed over to the new MS365 address. As a branch, we have been continually adding more and more members addresses into our system, to allow engagement with as many members as possible. It would be a pity that we now lose all records. Therefore, please see guidance below on keeping your details up to date.

It is vital that members either update in this manner, or e mail branch membership officer Gerry McAteer at gerard.mcateer@nhs.scot with their new address.

To update your work and/or personal email address please go to the My Unison Log In Page:

https://my.unison.org.uk/

Then,

1.       Type in Membership Number (available from the branch Membership Officer Gerry McAteer at gmcateer@nhs.net)

2.       Type in password (if forgotten can be reset via website)

3.       Once logged in select “My Details” button.

4.       Select “View full personal details here” link.

5.       Click on the “Edit” link at the bottom of the Personal Details: About You section

You can then amend your current work email address to the new MS365 format email address when you are moved onto that platform. If you haven’t yet set up your My Unison account please click on the Register Now link (https://www.unison.org.uk/my-unison) and follow the instructions.
